Grants
HCSC provides grants to support Hebrew language charter schools at all stages of the charter and school development process. Our grant program is designed to develop meaningful connections among the grantee schools so that they can form a peer network to share resources and best practices. Currently, we offer the following grant opportunities:
Incubation Grants - HCSC provides funding for three phases in the school incubation process: development, planning (pre- authorization period) and start-up (post-authorization period). Learn more >>
Technical Assistance Grants - HCSC provides one-year renewable grants from $50,000 to $250,000 to help schools secure technical assistance in the implementation of their school plan. Learn more >>
Innovation Grants - To encourage the creativity of classroom teachers and mid-level professionals, HCSC offers schools the opportunity to apply for Innovation grants. The resulting curricular units, lesson plans, and new educational approaches or programs are collected by HCSC and disseminated to the broader network of Hebrew language charter schools.
